The refund and returns policy takes 14 days. If 14 have passed
Days from your purchase, we can’t offer you full refund
or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your product must be unused in the same
condition when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know
notify us that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of
approving or rejecting your refund.
If you are approved, then the refund will be processed and a credit will be applied
automatically to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain period
period of days.

Delayed or non-refundable refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank again first
account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may be necessary
some time until the refund is officially released.
Then contact your bank. There is often some time
processing before a refund is posted.

Offer products

Refunds are allowed on regular priced products only.
Promotional items cannot be returned.

Changes

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged.
If you would like to exchange it for the same item, please email us

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you,
you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once the returned item is received, you will be mailed a gift certificate.
If the product was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or if the donor sent it
order to himself to give it to you later, we will send a return
money to the donor and will know about your return.

Paying the shipping costs to return your item is charged
exclusively you.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take to arrive
product you exchanged may differ.
